Buying Process

When a property is bought in the Estate the new owner purchases a share in the Residents' Association and signs a Deed of Covenant in which they agree to abide by the covenants in the Deed of Transfer, including the various regulations of the estate such as Planning Guidelines, and to meet their share of the service charges.

In addition to the normal conveyancing procedures the buyer is required to sign an additional Deed of Covenant and to become a shareholder in Lynden Gate Residents Ltd.

A small administration fee is payable.
