Each year in December or January the Residents' Association holds its Annual General Meeting.
At this meeting Board members are confirmed for election or re-election, or may indeed sometimes leave the Board.
The agenda for the meeting includes approving the minutes of the last meeting, a discusssion on the finances of the estate and in particular the level of service charges which need to be collected to cover annual operating costs and to provide for refurbishment of the estate every 4 or 5 years.
This is also the opportunity to raise specific matters of interest to residents which in the past has covered topics such as the code of conduct for parking on the estate, and feedback on the quality of work carried out diuring the last refurbishment.
We will send out an event notification by email to residents when an AGM is scheduled. Please make sure the Gatehouse team hold an up to date email address for you so we can keep our circulation list up to date.
