THE ESTATE

Lynden Gate was built in the 1980s and comprises Seaton Close and Beaufort Close. The houses are very similar and there is a consistent look and feel to the estate that we protect with development restrictions and comprehensive maintenance of the gardens and the common areas. We redecorate the house exteriors completely every few years and the service charges allow us to save up for this periodic communal event.

We employ three staff who handle the general good running of our affairs. They provide a gatehouse service and will be the first people to welcome you into the community.

Life here is sociable although we don’t all live in each other’s pockets. If you’re gregarious it’s easy to make friends, if you’re not then you’ll find that you’re soon on amiable nodding terms with your neighbours.
